Brubaker Center

Brubaker Center is a modern, multi-purpose dining and meeting facility. Geneva Hall is the main dining room and seats up to 200 at tables of eight.

Meeting Facilities

Knox Hall is a meeting room which offers flexible seating arrangement for groups as large as 150. We are equipped with multi-media, WI-FI internet, and LCD projection equipment. Our experienced service personnel will ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Food Service

A wide variety of entrees, including meatless, are served buffet-style in the dining room. Noon and evening meals also include soup/salad bar and dessert choices. Dietary restrictions are easily accommodated with advance notice. Snack and beverage service available for meeting breaks. Specialty meal service options as well as banquet services are also available.
