Assistant
Summer Camp Director:
Assist the Summer
Camp Director
in the organization
and implementation
of day to day
operations of
Stronghold Summer
Camps. A major
responsibility
is setting an
example of Christian
Leadership for
the staff and
campers.
Small Group Leaders:
Make a difference
in a young person's
life by guiding
them through their
week in our Christian
community at Stronghold. The daily responsibilities of a Small Group Leader include Bible Study leadership (from a prepared curriculum) recreation leadership, working as a team with other staff members, and supervision of campers through a variety of camp activities.
Lifeguards:
“Certified
Life Savers”
Keep the aquatic
activities safe
and facilities
clean. Get to
know the campers
while on canoe
trips and during
evening activities.
Kitchen
Assistants:
A real opportunity
to serve! Learn
the operations
of a professional
kitchen while
enjoying the fun
of summer camp.
Health Officer:
Be a first responder,
providing basic
first aid,
distributing medicine
for campers and
staff, reviewing and keeping records, and providing emergency care.
Communications Assistant/Photographer:
Take pictures and video of all the great things happening at camp this year, make a newsletter for the campers each week, and make promotional materials for next year's camp, all while taking part in camp activities.

Course Facilitator:
This is a part
time position
leading group
building and individual
challenge activities
on the High Ropes
and Initiatives
Courses.
Work with youth
and adult groups
during the summer.
