Come to Stronghold for this dynamic method of building trust, confidence, problem solving, and communication skills to maximize your team’s potential. Your team will spend time participating in Team Initiative and High Ropes courses in the natural woodland setting at Stronghold. The initiatives course is a series of elements raised several inches off the ground and your trained facilitator will assign tasks requiring input, cooperation and communication. The High Ropes Course is built 30 feet above the forest floor where safety harnessed team members have opportunities to explore their personal potential with the support and encouragement of fellow team members. Our facilitators are fully trained and have years of experience working with diverse groups.
