Jr. High 10-day Adventure
Completed grades 6 – 8 Come to Stronghold and challenge yourself to make new friends and grow in your faith at Jr. High Adventure. You will live in rustic campsites, experiencing God’s creation firsthand while cooking out some meals and participating in all the typical camp activities like Bible study, swimming, canoeing, group games, hiking, high ropes course, crafts, Leap of Faith, archery, campfire time and more.
Camper vs. Wild
Completed grades 6 – 8 Camper vs. Wild is packed full of fun camp activities. Campers take part in challenging and fun “survival” adventures and spend a night underneath stars. Campers will challenge themselves on the High Ropes course and go on an overnight canoe trip. With all these great challenges we’ve still managed to include swimming, astronomy, campfire, Bible study, archery, arts & crafts, and more while making great friendships and growing in your faith.
Completed grades 6 – 8 Not a morning person? Then Night Owl is the camp for you! Stay up late and sleep the morning away. We’ll have breakfast at lunch, lunch at dinner, and dinner when the stars are in the sky. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, crafts, the challenge courses and more by day, and campfires, Bible study, night hikes, worship, and glow in the dark games by night. It’s camp on your schedule! Night Owl campers sleep in the Sears Center.
Completed grades 7 – 11 Have you ever wanted to try rock climbing? Reach for new heights in this climbing focused camp. Learn to belay at Stronghold and spend time on Stronghold's challenge courses. Pack up for an overnight to a State Park for a day of setting up anchors and climbing on real rock faces. Besides all the climbing we still included swimming, astronomy, campfire bible study, and making great friendships while growing in your faith.
Completed grades 6 – 8 Join us for an amazing week at Stronghold and stay in the air conditioned Sear Center! Middlers will have a fun filled week of canoeing down the river, spend time with old friends and making new friends, and challenging yourself on the high ropes course and other challenge courses. Small groups discuss issues that matter to them, laugh a lot, learn about God, and accept one another for who they are. Have a week of good food, good fun, and good time with God!
